As a full-service bookkeeping company, Susan Matlack Jones & Associates can provide:

— Maintenance and reconciliation of your bank accounts; and
— Preparation of monthly financial statements.
We also prepare year-end 1099 forms.
As a cost benefit to our clients, we own and use Sage Accpac. Accpac combines a powerful general ledger program with an iron-clad audit trail, and includes many other features that streamline our time while providing our clients with accurate and valuable information. Accpac can also track restricted funds and grant spending. To ensure the best service for our clients, we stay on the leading edge with our investment in Sage Software's annual maintenance program, which ensures us immediate access to updates. We also regularly hire Accpac consultants for training and support.
Susan Jones, owner of Susan Matlack Jones & Associates, is not a certified public accountant, and therefore the firm does not charge the same rates as CPAs. We strongly urge our clients to use a CPA for auditing and tax reporting, including IRS Form 990 and other non-profit filing requirements.
When the end of your fiscal year rolls around, our detailed and accurate reports and compilations make your auditor's job more time- and cost-efficient. We are proud to have great working relationships with a number of CPA firms.
