Our average monthly fee is usually less than what it costs to hire, train and pay an employee to handle the same responsibilities. Plus, our fees are not subject to payroll taxes, vacation expenses, retirement costs, etc. You get the full value of our many years of experience, expertise and training.
Many of our clients have bookkeepers or other people on staff who are able to provide basic bookkeeping tasks such as paying bills and making bank deposits. When you hire Susan Matlack Jones & Associates as contract bookkeepers, this staff member does not need to be a full-charge bookkeeper because we will take the cash information, reconcile it, make non-cash journal entries and take charge of the general ledger.
When you hire Susan Matlack Jones & Associates, you are hiring a whole team of professionals. You can rest assured that your necessary financial work will get done each and every month, regardless of vacations, sick days, maternity leave, etc. You will never be left in the lurch — if your in-house staff should suddenly leave, we have staff who can help on a temporary basis until you have replaced the employee.
Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can count on us to always be there.
